What is GAP coverage? Covers the “gap” between insurance payout and your loan balance if totaled.
What is a Vehicle Service Contract? Covers parts and labor for repairs after the factory warranty expires.
What is Pre-paid Maintenance? Locks in today’s prices for future routine services (oil changes, etc.).
What is Tire and Wheel Protection? Covers repair/replacement for damage caused by road hazards.

Will cancelling lower my payment? No. Refunds are applied to your principal balance, helping you pay off the loan sooner.
Is the refund 100%? No. Refunds are pro-rated based on time/mileage used, minus provider fees.
Can I use the refund for a new car? If you have a loan, the refund goes to the lender first. If paid off, the check is yours.

Isn’t the dealer required to cover failures? No. Most vehicles are sold “As-Is” after the factory warranty. Owners are responsible for all repairs without a Service Contract.
Does auto insurance cover breakdowns? No. Insurance only covers accidents, theft, or weather—not mechanical or electrical failures
