  • What is GAP coverage? Covers the “gap” between insurance payout and your loan balance if totaled.
  • What is a Vehicle Service Contract? Covers parts and labor for repairs after the factory warranty expires.
  • What is Pre-paid Maintenance? Locks in today’s prices for future routine services (oil changes, etc.).
  • What is Tire and Wheel Protection? Covers repair/replacement for damage caused by road hazards.
  • Will cancelling lower my payment? No. Refunds are applied to your principal balance, helping you pay off the loan sooner.
  • Is the refund 100%? No. Refunds are pro-rated based on time/mileage used, minus provider fees.
  • Can I use the refund for a new car? If you have a loan, the refund goes to the lender first. If paid off, the check is yours.
  • Isn’t the dealer required to cover failures? No. Most vehicles are sold “As-Is” after the factory warranty. Owners are responsible for all repairs without a Service Contract.
  • Does auto insurance cover breakdowns? No. Insurance only covers accidents, theft, or weather—not mechanical or electrical failures
  • Text: We strongly recommend contacting a manager before canceling. Removing coverage can significantly impact your resale value and financial equity.
  • Required Docs: You must provide proof of mileage (Odometer photo, Trade-in statement, or Total Loss docs).
  • Timeline: Please allow up to six (6) weeks for processing.
  • Fraud Warning: Inaccurate mileage reporting is considered fraudulent and will void the request.
